Evergreen Counseling & Consulting is a private practice fee for service. This means health insurance is not taken.
If you have out-of-network benefits, you have the option to submit the claim to your health insurance company claiming on your out-of-network health benefits.
Cash, Zelle, VISA/Mastercard are accepted methods of payment.
FEES
$180 Intake/Assessment (60 minutes)
$160 Individual session (50 minutes)
