Evergreen Counseling & Consulting is a private practice fee for service. This means health insurance is not taken.

If you have out-of-network benefits, you have the option to submit the claim to your health insurance company claiming on your out-of-network health benefits.

Cash, check and all major credit/debit cards are accepted methods of payment.

FEES

$225 for the Intake/Assessment (50 minutes)

$200 for individual sessions (50 minutes)

$225 for family counseling (50 minutes)
